Ingredients-
Tomatoes - 4
Onion- 1
Cream - 1tbs
Coriander - Very little
Salt- as per taste
Black Pepper powder- 1 tsp
Garlic cloves- 3-4
Sugar- 1tsp
Cooking time-10-15 mins
Serving- 4 ( I generally do the head counts and put the tomatoes as per that)
Method-
In a pressure cooker put about 1/2 cup water , cut the tomatoes into half , onion diced , coriander and garlic cloves
Give about 3-4 whistles and then put it in a mixer.
Sieve it
Add about 350 ml water in a pan , add the sieved pulp in it. Bring it to a boil now all salt , pepper and sugar.
The soup is ready to be served you can garnish it with cream & coriander leaves.

oh loved it! mummy had made the same soup when she came over to Pune last time :) we'll be having guests over for dinner tomorrow :) will make it then.. thanks for the recipe :)

ReplyDeleteomg, I have the exact same china bowl and soup spoon! Its our family china we call it since its been with us for so many years. Older then me lol. I bet its the same for you too then since you don't find them in the markets these days :). We store it in a closed space since our new maid is rough when it comes to handling glass things.
