Ingredients-
Carrots- 2
Milk- Full cream , 1/2 L
Sugar- 4-5 tsp
Cardamom powder- 1/4 tsp
Assorted nuts- little bit
Step by step recipe
Peel and grate the carrots .
In a pan on high flame bring the milk to boil.
Add carrots in the boiled milk and on low flame cook for about 20-25 mins.
Once you are nearly done add cardamom powder and assorted nuts.
And your dish is ready , you can serve hot or cold as you like.
